Website for a community-organized event featuring engaging panels and networking, running parallel to the World Economic Forum.
TASK
The unDavos website was designed within a two-week deadline. Given that the brand identity assets were provided, the primary goal was a strong emphasis on crafting an effective user-centric experience to guide users directly to the events and the ease to find what meets their interest.
Black & white preferred, magazine like, trendy.
IMPLEMENTATION
The navigation allows users to easily search for events by various criteria such as: themes, date, time, speaker, and location. An intuitive filtering system ensures that users can quickly find relevant events that match their interests, prioritizing their experiences and time, making it simple to explore the site and discover events effortlessly.

USER TESTING
USER TESTING with frequent attendees of the annual event significantly improved the final product by providing real-world insights into user needs and behaviors.
By engaging these experienced users early, we identified pain points, optimized user flow, and enhanced functionality, resulting in a more intuitive product.

CHALLENGES/
- Data source & management: Speakers' information were detached from their respective events coming from different sources.
- Speakers profile images hard to match.
SOLUTION/
Customize/integrated input-form with CMS. This allows speakers to fill up with their full information, picture, and topics straight to the CMS. Speakers & events synchronized automatically with respective profile cards, but are published upon admin verification & approval to avoid overlapping
CMS INTEGRATION
Cards & Pages reflect the respective information entered by user based on need (member profile / event profile)
